Isabel Cristina Brazon has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2001. Isabel Cristina started their career as a Test Analyst at Intesa in 2001, then moved on to become a Help Desk Technical Support at the same company in 2002. In 2004, they joined SIDOR as a Senior Help Desk Analyst, where they were responsible for first and second level support of applications, hardware, software and IT infrastructure. In 2006, they joined XSales Mobility as a Business Analyst-Support Manager, where they managed and coordinated support for clients, key users and stakeholders for Sales force automation and (DSD) mobile solution (XSales Mobility). Isabel Cristina also served as a Project Manager and Business Analyst- Mobile Solution Senior Consultant. In 2018, they joined LaceUp Solutions Inc - The #1 DSD Software For Distributors as a Project Manager/Product owner.

Isabel Cristina Brazon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from I.U.P "Santiago Mariño" in Barcelona in 1999. In 2016, they obtained a certification from ITService in Alinear TI con las metas empresariales usando COBIT. In 2022, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn in DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile. Isabel Cristina is also in the process of obtaining an ITIL Service Manager certification.
