Barbara Dawson

Barbara Dawson is currently serving as the Senior Director, Global GTM People Lead at Lacework, a company focused on automating cloud security at scale. Barbara has previously held various senior HR business partner roles at Splunk and Adobe, where Barbara worked closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal leaders to align the organization to business goals and develop talent strategies. Barbara also has experience in recruiting and talent development, demonstrating their strong expertise in the HR field. Barbara holds a BA in Communications from UC Santa Barbara and has furthered their education with certifications in coaching and leadership development.
