Shweta Vohra is the VP/Head of People & Places at Lacework, leading the global People Team. Shweta is also an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Previously, Shweta held various roles at Splunk, including Chief Of Staff to the CEO and Vice President Of Customer Success. Prior to that, Shweta worked at Medium.com, Yahoo, IBM, McKinsey & Company, and Hewitt Associates. Shweta holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting and Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
