Michelle McGloin

Michelle McGloin, MS, has over a decade of experience in higher education and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Grant Administrator and Assessment Coordinator at Lackawanna College since May 2010. In this role, Michelle oversees special grant-related projects and institutional research assessment. Additionally, Michelle has experience as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching courses in freshman experience, capstone projects, and effective speaking. Previously, Michelle held positions as the Director of the Lackawanna College Fund and Director of Grant Support Services, where responsibilities included growing the college's fund and identifying funding sources for strategic projects. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Coordinator at United Neighborhood Centers and holding roles at Victoria's Secret and Guilford County Schools. Academic qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Organizational Management from Misericordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
