Ling Hao

Ling Hao started their work experience at METALAST International in 1998 as a Senior Scientist and Group Leader until 2000. Ling then joined Lacks Enterprises in 2000 and held the position of Senior Scientist. In 2018, they were promoted to Principal Scientist at Lacks Enterprises. During their time at both companies, Ling Hao focused on research and development of plating technologies, processes, and products, specifically in immersion, electroless, and electrolytic plating. Ling also worked on materials surface modification, characterization, evaluation, as well as corrosion mechanism and prevention.

Ling Hao received a Ph.D. in Electrochemistry/Physical Chemistry from Western University between 1991 and 1996.
