Andrew Gilmour

Andrew Gilmour has a diverse work history, starting with their role as CEO of Laconic in 2019. Andrew then moved on to become the CEO of Laconic Infrastructure Partners Inc., where they were responsible for the operations of the company and oversaw its international expansion strategy. Prior to that, Gilmour was the CEO of G2 Security LLC, where they focused on the development of innovative justice facilities and the implementation of public-private partnership ownership models. Andrew also founded G2 Security LLC and provided advisory and program management services for governments. Before that, Gilmour served as the President & COO of GDI LLC, where they secured growth capital and increased annual revenues significantly. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at StunFence Inc., where they successfully completed multiple security enhancement projects.

Andrew Gilmour pursued their education from 1996 to 2000, attending the University of Chicago. During this time, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Departmental and General Honors. Their field of study revolved around History and Philosophy of Science and Technology.
