Dave Sonsteng

Dave Sonsteng has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dave began their career in 1988 at Boeing, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for 11 years. Dave then joined Leupold + Stevens, Inc. in 1999 and worked as a Sr. Manager, overseeing Manufacturing Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions for 15 years. In 2014, they joined LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated as a Director of Manufacturing and Engineering, responsible for the Portland Danner Footwear operations. Dave later took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Manufacturing. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving strategic initiatives within the companies they have worked for.

Dave Sonsteng has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Leadership from George Fox University. Prior to obtaining their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
