Esaú Salgado

Esaú Salgado has gained extensive work experience throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sula Ag Services at LACTHOSA, where they lead and manages the development and execution of agricultural service strategies to support the company's agribusiness clients. Prior to this, Esaú worked as a GC & Spectroscopy research analyst and instructor at EAP Zamorano, where they conducted chemical analysis and validated test methods in the field of food chemistry and analysis. Esaú also served as a Commercial Manager at EMSE Renovables S.A., focusing on generating revenue and creating business solutions for key customers. Esaú has experience in international sales as well, having worked as an International Sales Executive at Tomex Danmark, where they traded frozen food commodities in Latin America. Furthermore, they held a role as a Commercial Coordinator at Agro Exportadora S.A., where they managed the supply chain and executed commercial strategies for imported and exported commodities. Esaú began their career as a Sales Executive at AMESYS S.A., promoting and selling biomedical equipment and developing new business opportunities.

Esaú Salgado obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from EAP Zamorano, starting in 2010 and completing it in 2013. Following this, Esaú pursued further education by enrolling in EUDE Business School, where they are currently working towards a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. This program commenced in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2023.
