Natasha Cupp

Natasha Cupp is the current General Counsel at Ladder. Natasha previously worked as the Assistant General Counsel at Prosper Marketplace from July 2010 to January 2017. In their previous role, they managed a team in charge of complying with federal and state securities laws, advising on compensation and benefits issues, overseeing the administration of the company's equity compensation plan, and managing corporate development efforts including mergers and acquisitions and equity financings. Natasha was also responsible for negotiating commercial agreements, building and implementing the company’s compliance management system, managing the company's intellectual property assets, and advising on employment matters.

Natasha Cupp reports to Jamie Hale, CEO & co-Founder. They are on a team with Steve Geiser - CFO, Cara Gressen St. Martin - VP, Compliance, and Laura Hale - Head of Product.
