Meredith Lepore is Deputy Editor of Ladders. Her work has appeared in The Observer, Travel & Leisure, Refinery 29, Bustle, InStyle.com, and in magazines including Marie Claire, SELF, Women's Health, and Cosmopolitan. She previously served as Editor in Chief of the women's career site The Grindstone and was the Director of Content at Levo. She earned her Masters in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
