Lael Osness

Lael Osness is a fashion designer and creative professional with extensive experience in womenswear and menswear design, creative direction, project management, costume production, custom design, and tailoring. LAEL has worked in various companies in New York City and Los Angeles, ranging from small-scale boutique fashion houses to prominent film industry costuming outlets and an international label. Throughout their career, Lael has consistently produced high-quality work under tight deadlines, building a strong network of industry contacts and showcasing their passion and innovation for design. LAEL has also worked as a project manager for Asher Levine Studio, a custom costume designer for World of Wonder, a bespoke tailor for Prada Group, a creative director for Stikeleather Apparel Holdings, Inc., an assistant stylist for Condé Nast, Dazed & Confused, and Heresy, and a design consultant and in-house pattern maker for Gaynor Minden.

Lael Osness obtained an AAS Fashion Design degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School during the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Lael completed a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance with a minor in Sociology from St. Olaf College from 2005 to 2007.
