Carol Siemiginowski

Carol Siemiginowski, P.Eng, is an experienced professional with a strong background in land management, currently serving as Senior Land Manager at Lafarge Canada since June 2006. In this role, Carol oversees Lafarge's land assets in southern Ontario, focusing on land acquisitions, compliance monitoring, community relations, and optimizing land usage. Previous positions at Lafarge include Land Manager and Land Engineer-in-Training, where responsibilities spanned property-related issues and project support. Earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Associate at Celestica, focusing on strain gauge testing and inventory management. Carol holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2006.
