Mark Rudio

Mark Rudio is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in communications and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Lafayette Federal Credit Union since December 2022, Mark leads the development of procedures, corporate communications, and reports. Previous roles include Tech Writer at Shared Assessments, where Mark produced industry-related content, and a Transportation and Tech Writer at TMW Systems, responsible for original content for the company's magazine. As a ghostwriter, Mark documented the Berriz-Ocon family's memoir, garnering national media attention. Additional experience includes interim roles in communications at DRi and the Visiting Nurse Association of America, alongside a tenure at Wells Fargo Bank in project management and business process analysis.
