Casey Woo

Casey Woo is a Director at Lafayette Square. Prior to Lafayette, Casey worked at Brightwood Capital Advisors both as an underwriter of direct investment opportunities and as a portfolio manager, facilitating both in/ out-of-court restructurings of existing portfolio companies. Casey began her career in the Leveraged Finance Credit Risk team at Barclays Capital.

Casey currently serves as a team lead for Minds Matter, a non-profit organization helping low-income, high-performing high school students pursue higher education, and sits on the Advancement Committee of her high school alma mater, Northfield Mount Hermon.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Casey holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting with a minor in East Asian Studies from the New York University Stern School of Business.
