Celandra Deane-Bess

Celandra Deane-Bess, CFP®, CEPA®, currently serves as Director of Alternative Investments at Lafayette Square, beginning January 2024. Previously, Celandra held senior executive roles at PNC, including Senior Vice President and Capital Area Market Leader for PNC Private Bank, where responsibility included overseeing comprehensive wealth management services in the DC area. Celandra launched initiatives as Senior Vice President, Wealth Strategy Regional Director and contributed to the PNC Wealth Strategy Practice across multiple states. Recognition includes being named one of Washington's Best in Washingtonian Magazine in 2014. Earlier positions include Senior Manager at The Vanguard Group overseeing advisory services for high net worth clients, and various strategic roles at TIAA-CREF, where contributions spanned market strategy and product development. Celandra earned an MBA in Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
