John Klim

John Klim is the managing director at Lafayette Square. John has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and has advised on nearly 30 M&A transactions and capital raises representing over $5 billion of transaction value across a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Lafayette Square, John was the vice president of capital markets at West Creek Financial, a tech-enabled point-of-sale financing provider. John also served as the head of Davenport & Company LLC's Mergers & Acquisitions practice and as a director in Harris Williams & Co.'s Business Services group.

John Klim received their Bachelors in Economics from the University of Virginia.
