Mary Ann Raftery

Mary Ann Raftery is a Vice President at Lafayette Square. Prior to joining, Mary Ann served as a Senior Associate on the Client Service Business Development Team at Brightwood Capital Advisors, partnering with the senior investment team on strategic initiatives across the firm. Previously, she was a Coordinator with Gerson Lehrman Group (“GLG”). In her role with GLG, she had roles in Event Management & Logistics, Community Research & List Building, Tracking & Reporting, and New Product Development. Outside of work, Mary Ann played volleyball at Mount Saint Mary College leading the team to their first NCAA appearance as captain her senior year. Mary Ann is a frequent volunteer for the Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center organizing beach clean ups.

Originally from Long Beach, NY on Long Island, Mary Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Saint Mary College where she was a double major in Public Relations and Media Studies.
