Nicolette Onesto

Nicolette Onesto is an accomplished individual currently serving as an Investor Relations Intern at Lafayette Square since September 2024, following a prior role as an intern in the same department from January 2023 to May 2024. As a co-founder of Ella Adventures since September 2017, Nicolette has created a media company producing a STEM comic book featuring a young girl solving technological problems, alongside developing educational toolkits with Deloitte. Nicolette has also held the position of Public Relations Chair at the Canes Finance Association, engaging with potential speakers in the financial services industry. A former Firm Risk Management Intern at Morgan Stanley, specializing in credit risk for commodities, Nicolette's early experiences include being a lifeguard at Great Kills Swim Club from May 2020 to August 2022. Nicolette is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, expected to graduate in 2025, after completing high school at St Joseph Hill Academy.
