Teresa Wyman

Teresa Wyman is currently the Director at Lafayette Square. Teresa has held this position since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director, LS Credit/Origination for Lafayette Square from July 2022 to June 2021. Teresa is responsible for driving deal flow for a multi-strategy, impact focused, asset management start-up. Teresa designed and executed a business development strategy that marketed directly to middle market privately held businesses ($10MM+ EBITDA), senior management teams, intermediaries and private equity firms through outbound calls, in-person meetings and attending conferences and events.

From January 2018 to June 2021, Teresa was the VP, Business Banking Officer at Columbia Bank where they served as a strategic and holistic financial advisor serving lower to middle-market private companies in the Greater Puget Sound area. In this role, they were responsible for creating, implementing and executing a multi-faceted business development strategy that included direct sourcing of new relationships and managing their full relationship and sales cycle. Teresa is adept at financial analysis, deal structure, risk management, portfolio management and adherence to credit underwriting criteria.

Before their time at Columbia Bank, Teresa was the VP & Commercial Loan Officer at Skagit Bank from May 2016 to January 2018.

Teresa Wyman has a certificate in alternative investments from Harvard Business School Online and a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Western Washington University.

They work with Andrew Guido - Senior Associate, Lisa Holloway - Director, and John Klim - Managing Director. Teresa Wyman reports to Ryan Ochs, Managing Director, Staffer LS Credit.
