Grant Thelen

Grant Thelen is a seasoned professional in the fields of commercial fleet management, security operations, and firearms instruction. Currently serving as the Commercial and Fleet Manager at LaFontaine Automotive Group since August 2022, Grant manages commercial vehicle inventory and accounts while acting as a subject matter expert. Additionally, Grant has contributed as a Firearms Instructor at the Michigan Defensive Firearms Institute since January 2021 and served as an appointed member of the Board of Barber Examiners for the State of Michigan from November 2019 to September 2023. Previously, Grant held various security roles, including Security Supervisor at Skymint Brands and Security Professional at Premier Security Solutions, overseeing security operations and personnel. Early career experience includes positions in police dispatch and law enforcement, demonstrating a strong background in both security and public safety.
