Sanae Taibi

Sanae Taibi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Development Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail since July 2016, previously holding the position of Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Responsibilities include identifying recruitment needs, creating and placing advertisements, selecting external partners, screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, representing the company at official institutions and job fairs, discovering new recruitment channels, and managing reporting on recruitment metrics. Prior to Lagardère, Sanae worked as an HR Consultant at Job Talent and held various roles in the beauty industry, including Beauty Consultant at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and stylist for Jo Malone London. Sanae holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
