Jenny Yu

Jenny Yu is a seasoned litigator currently serving as Senior Counsel at Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead LLP, where the focus includes defending against wage-and-hour claims, class actions, and PAGA representative actions. Prior experience includes a role as Associate at The Graves Firm, managing complex wage-and-hour actions, and at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where Jenny advised public agencies on a variety of personnel issues. Jenny's career began at East Bay Children's Law Offices, representing children in juvenile dependency cases, and at the Law Office of Jenny Yu, where representation involved dependency court litigation.
