James Harvatt is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Lagrange Country Club since January 2020, James has previously held positions such as Sous Chef at Midtown Athletic Clubs and The Chicago Club, as well as Executive Chef at Ki’s Steakhouse and Franconi's Italian Grocer. James's culinary journey began as a Kitchen Supervisor at Uncle Bubs BBQ, progressing through numerous roles, including Cook at Marriott International and Kitchen Manager at Whole Foods Market. James earned a Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lewis University.
