Emanuel Medina Ramirez

Emanuel Medina Ramirez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various sous chef roles across notable establishments. Currently serving as Sous Chef at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since October 2020, Emanuel previously held similar positions at Todos Santos from September 2019 to January 2020 and Montage International from July 2007 to April 2018.
