Emanuel Medina Ramirez

Emanuel Medina Ramirez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various sous chef roles across notable establishments. Currently serving as Sous Chef at The Ranch at Laguna Beach since October 2020, Emanuel previously held similar positions at Todos Santos from September 2019 to January 2020 and Montage International from July 2007 to April 2018. Emanuel’s tenure at Montage included a role as Sous Chef at Loft restaurant from July 2007 to May 2013. Additionally, Emanuel gained experience as a Lead Cook focused on cold production, sushi, and plating at Ritz Carlton from June 2010 to June 2011.
