Rachel Jennings Nichols

Rachel Jennings Nichols, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate broker at LAH Commercial Real Estate since August 2017. Previously served as Corporate Liaison Director at LAH Real Estate and held the presidency of Birmingham CREW, where notable contributions were made to empower women in the commercial real estate sector. With extensive experience as Outreach Coordinator at the Alabama Center for Real Estate, Rachel coordinated significant industry events and fostered relationships between students and employers. Earlier internship experience at ACRE included managing alumni databases and assisting in event preparations. Rachel earned a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the same institution.
