Carmella Trodden

Carmella Trodden currently serves as the Telecommunications Manager at Beth Israel Lahey Health since June 2022 and has a long-standing role as a Telecommunications Analyst at Lahey Health and Medical Center since October 2006, where responsibilities have included leading telephony conversions, designing Automated Call Distribution systems, and providing training and implementation support. Previous experience at Lincoln Financial Group from 2001 to 2006 involved managing a Windows 2000 rollout for 2,500 users across multiple locations, troubleshooting system/network issues, and contributing to disaster recovery efforts. Carmella Trodden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Northeastern University, complemented by a high school diploma in Business from Everett High School.
