Elaine Bergeron

Elaine Bergeron has extensive experience in care management and project coordination, currently serving as a Care Management Program Coordinator at Lahey Health since May 2013, after a long tenure at Lahey Clinic from 1991 to 2013 in various project management roles. Responsibilities included supporting quality initiatives, managing departmental budgets, and improving clinical processes to enhance patient care. Elaine also held the position of Manager of Community Affairs, where key achievements involved developing community plans and educational programs. Additionally, Elaine possesses a Certificate in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a degree in Business Administration from Bay Path University, complemented by earlier work as an Administrative Assistant at King's Department Stores.
