Nicole Devita

Nicole DeVita is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both Beth Israel Lahey Performance Network and Lahey Clinical Performance Network & Accountable Care Organization since May 2019 and July 2018 respectively, Nicole has previously held significant roles at Beverly Hospital, Lahey Medical Center, and Lahey Clinical Performance Network, among others. With a robust background in performance management and clinical program development, Nicole's earlier positions include Senior Director at BCBS of MA and VP at Partners Community HealthCare Inc. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Health Policy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
