Ryan Peltier

Ryan Peltier is an experienced illustrator and educator with a diverse portfolio. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design since September 2012, Ryan teaches undergraduate illustration courses and mentors graduate students while also advising undergraduates. Ryan has freelanced as a Character Designer for Laika and as an Illustrator for The New York Times, in addition to maintaining a personal freelance illustration business since March 2005. Previous teaching experience includes serving as an Arts Instructor at the College of Visual Arts, where Ryan taught courses such as Advanced Digital Techniques and Narrative Illustration. Ryan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
