Grace Wong has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Grace started their career at Halliburton as a Mechanical Designer, where they utilized Solidwork Cad software to design new products. Grace then joined ST Engineering Land Systems Ltd as an Engineer, working on projects for the Singapore Armed Forces and specializing in the development of military hull structures. Grace later became an Assistant Principal Engineer, leading the design of hull structures for amphibious vehicles. Grace also served as a Senior Engineer and Kaizen Leader, demonstrating their expertise in engineering calculations, material selections, and new product development.

Following their time at ST Engineering, Grace worked at UTS Rapido as a Mechatronic Engineer, where they were responsible for research and development projects in various industries. Grace also mentored interns and conducted testing to ensure optimal product performance.
