Christoph Conrads

Christoph Conrads is a scientific computing engineer at laiout. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D engineer at Inria from August 2020 to April 2022, where they had access to TOP 500 systems for on-the-fly (in-situ) data analysis on future exascale systems. Christoph has also worked as a software developer at Technische Universität Darmstadt from August 2019 to February 2020, where they were responsible for programming in Go (golang), rview and testing of highly concurrent Go code, analysis of existing second-layer blockchain implementations, basic software license and copyright compliance, and business analysis for a blockchain start-up. Christoph has a wealth of experience in software development, quality assurance, porting to different instruction set architectures, maintenance of foreign software, assisting PhD students; C, C++, Fortran, Python, Linux containers, OpenMP, build systems, scientific computing, data assimilation, and deep learning.

Christoph Conrads received a Master of Science in Scientific Computing from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Computational Engineering Science from the same school.
