Douglas K Lee II has over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry. Douglas K began their career in 2001 as a Customer Sales Executive, Manager of Category Development, and General Manager of Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Co. at The Hershey Company. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Director of Global Customer Investment at The Hershey Company. In 2015, they moved to Chocolove Premium Chocolate as Vice President of Sales. Douglas K is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales at Laird Superfood.

Douglas K Lee II attended The Kamehameha Schools, Portland State University, and University of Portland. Douglas K earned an MBA in International Business from Portland State University and an MS in Communication from University of Portland.
