Steven Yang

Steven Yang is an accomplished procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Procurement Leader at Laird Performance Materials since April 2020, Steven manages the global procurement team supporting multiple sites across Asia, North America, and Europe. Prior to this role, Steven held positions such as Purchasing Manager at TK Elevator, where management of non-production purchasing for the China manufacturing division was key, and Indirect Purchasing Manager at SAFRAN, overseeing a shared service team for substantial industrial corporations. Additional experience includes serving as Sourcing Manager at Cummins, focusing on indirect materials and services, and working as a Sourcing/Supplier Development Engineer at Dragon Sourcing. Steven began the career as an Industrial Engineer at Intel. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University.
