Jan Zajda

Jan Zajda is a seasoned manufacturing process engineer with a strong background in industrialization and process optimization. At Laird Thermal Systems since June 2022, Zajda focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes. Previously, Zajda worked at Magna Exteriors from February 2016 to June 2022 as an industrialization specialist, responsible for establishing production parameters and procedures while optimizing internal processes across various manufacturing stages. Earlier experience includes roles such as technologist, shift supervisor, CNC machine setter, and CNC operator at Obrobna Resl s.r.o. from June 2012 to February 2016. Jan Zajda holds a degree from SPŠSE a VOŠ Liberec, acquired between 2006 and 2010.
