Marissa Eckrich

Marissa Eckrich has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Patient Care Specialist at Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine. In 2018, they served as a Medical Office Assistant at Slingsby and Wright Eye Care Center, as well as an Independent Student Researcher and Community Kitchen Operations Leader at the College of Saint Benedict. Marissa then joined Lakanto in 2019 as a Food Technologist, later transitioning to a role as Formulation Manager until 2021. In 2021, they became a Research and Development Manager at Lakanto before being promoted to the position of Research and Development Director in 2022. Additionally, Marissa has taken on the role of Research and Development Director at both Arau Baby and Happy Elephant in 2022.

Marissa Eckrich completed their Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the College of Saint Benedict from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they also attended The University of Notre Dame Australia, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during that time.

Additionally, Marissa Eckrich earned a certification in Food Safety System from the Registrar Corp Online Food Safety Training in September 2021.
