Eric Evans

Director of Career Development & Experiential Learning & Study Abroad at Lake Erie College

Eric Evans joins the Lake Erie College academic affairs staff as the Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning. His Career Advice work started in University College London, where he co-managed the International Student Program and helped students decide on a career direction and land their next role.

Eric also co-managed the City Course, a week-long course of experiential learning, taking 100 University of London students through their career options in Finance.

As the Interim Assistant Director of Career Services and Alumni Relation at Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University, Eric enjoyed helping students identify connections and themes in their experience and successfully navigate their career search. He also managed and marketed career and networking events, and cultivated connections for students that led to internships and full-time positions.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Secondary English emphasis from Ohio University and is currently enrolled in the Educational Technology Leadership Master’s Program at George Washington University.
