James Kalis

James Kalis, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships at Lake Erie College, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, James Kalis dedicated 26 years to the Riverside Local School District, where responsibilities included Superintendent of Schools and various administrative roles such as Principal of LaMuth Middle School and Riverside High School. James Kalis began their educational career as a Teacher and Coach for Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City Schools and also taught at Blessed Sacrament School in the Cleveland Diocese. Academically, James Kalis holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Youngstown State University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cleveland State University.
