John Freeman

John Freeman is currently the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Lake Resources. Prior to this role, John served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at McDermott International, Ltd. and held various legal positions at Technip, Baker Hughes, Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, and Colton & Boykin. John also has experience as a University Lecturer at Stephen F. Austin State University and as a Prosecuting Attorney & Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. John holds a JD from Washington and Lee University and a BBA in Business Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
