James Methvin

James Methvin is a skilled education and technology professional with experience as a High School CTE Teacher in Computer Science at Lake Washington School District and Bellevue School District from August 2020 to the present. Prior to teaching, James worked at Microsoft for nearly a decade, holding roles as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer in Test, contributing to significant advancements in security features and product testing. James also has experience in software development, game development, and user interface design from positions at Quicksilver Software and as President of the Videogame Design Club at California State University, Fullerton. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Japanese Language from California State University, Fullerton.
