Paul Malecki

Paul Malecki has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Paul started their career as a Credit Analyst at The Trust Company of New Jersey and later worked as an Assistant Cashier at First National State Bank of NJ.

Paul then joined Barclays Corporate Banking as an Assistant Manager and Senior Credit Analyst in the Corporate Credit Department. Paul later became a Corporate Banking Officer and a Relationship Manager for major U.S. and U.K. clients.

After their time at Barclays, Malecki worked at Westpac as a Vice President and Manager in the Corporate Banking Group, where they were responsible for national business development and credit evaluation for financing credit proposals. Paul also served as the Vice President and Team Leader for the Northeast US and as the Vice President of the Financial Institutions Group.

Malecki then joined MUFG as a Vice President and Manager in the Corporate Banking Group and Leveraged Lending. Paul later became the Vice President of Relationship Banking in the Corporate Banking Group.

In 2005, Malecki joined Princeton Advisory Group as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where they managed structured products, separately managed accounts, and public and private funds investing in floating rate bank loans and bonds. Paul also played a key role in raising capital for funds.

Paul then served as the Managing Director at SkyLand Advisory Group, Inc., before working as a Consultant at CEIS Review Inc., where they provided credit risk management services and performed independent loan reviews.

Most recently, Malecki worked at Lakeland Bank as the Vice President and Portfolio Manager, where they were involved in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and lending to various sectors.

Overall, Malecki has demonstrated expertise in credit management, portfolio management, lending, risk evaluation, and business development throughout their career in the banking and financial industry.

Paul Malecki has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, and Accounting from Saint Peter's University. Paul also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
