Pooja Pruthi

Pooja Pruthi's work experience includes various roles in project management and information technology. Pooja has worked as a Vice President of Project Management at Lakeland Bank, where they led the development and implementation of complex IT and business projects. Prior to that, Pooja worked as a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at Chubb, managing API implementation projects. Pooja has also worked as an Independent Information Technology Consultant for several companies, where they gathered requirements for project management software and managed the development of a Quality Management System. Pooja has experience in team management and operations, having worked as an Assistant Manager at IBM and a Project Team Leader at NTT DATA. Earlier in their career, they worked in customer service roles at EXL and INDIA TV.

Pooja Pruthi earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Delhi University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Pooja then pursued a diploma in Graphic and Web Designing from Aptech Multimedia. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Later on, Pooja obtained further certifications including SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in June 2019, and another SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification in June 2019. In June 2018, they also obtained the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master certification.
