Veronica Trezza

Veronica Trezza, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Veronica began their career at Bank of America as a Sales & Service Specialist, where they established relationships with customers and identified their financial needs. Veronica then worked at Mountain Creek Resort as a Staffing Lead, responsible for managing job requisitions, onboarding employees, and coordinating executive meetings. Following that, Veronica worked at Sussex Bank as a Bank Teller, where they processed transactions and built customer relationships. Currently, they are employed at Lakeland Bank, where they have held various positions including VP - Human Resources Business Partner and AVP - Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, they have been involved in full life cycle recruiting, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and implementing new HR systems. Veronica'sproficiency includes working with HRM systems such as iCIMS, Halogen (Saba), and ADP.

Veronica Trezza, SHRM-CP, obtained a Certificate of completion in Lakeland Bank's Leadership Engagement and Development (LEAD) program in 2019. In the same year, they also completed SHRM Exam Prep. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Veronica earned a Human Resources Certificate from the Center for Financial Training, with a focus on Human Resources.

Veronica's formal education began at Vernon Township High School, where they obtained their Diploma in 1990. Veronica'sfield of study at that time was Business. Additionally, Veronica has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from BadgeCert in June 2018.
