Ashley Hill

Ashley Hill has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Ashley began their career as an Alpine Skier for the British Olympic Association from 2008 to 2012. Ashley then joined the BGL Group in 2016 and completed their Finance Graduate Scheme, where they gained experience in different finance roles within the company. After the graduate scheme, they became a Finance Manager for BGL Life, leading forecast/budget activities and overseeing the development of a team of trainee accountants. In 2019, Ashley joined The HEINEKEN Company as a Finance Analyst, where they served as a Finance Business Partner for multiple off-trade accounts, providing insights into margin drivers, sales, and promotional activities. In 2020, they joined Buster + Punch as a Commercial Finance Manager. Currently, Ashley is the Head of Commercial Finance at Lakeland, a position they started in 2022.

Ashley Hill attended Northumbria University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Newcastle Business School with a focus on Accounting. Following their undergraduate studies, Ashley attended CIMA from 2016 to 2019, although their degree name and field of study during this time period are unspecified. In February 2019, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from CIMA.
