Suzanne Allen

Suzanne Allen has a diverse range of work experience, with a focus on human resources. Suzanne started their career at Marks and Spencer in 1989 and held various HR roles until 2004. Following that, they worked as Deputy Director of HR at the University of Cumbria from 2004 to 2007. Suzanne then joined Lakeland in 2008, where they held the positions of People and Business Support Manager, People Project Manager, and currently serves as the Head of People.
