Charity Mastrangelo is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in talent management and people operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of People at LAKE since February 2025, Charity previously held the role of Head of Talent, Global at Victoria Beckham Beauty, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive talent practices and managing organizational development. Prior experience includes leading human resources for BYREDO in North America, driving engagement and performance at Nespresso USA as a Human Resources Business Partner, and executing talent management strategies for Aesop in the Americas. With a foundational career in human resources at Birchbox and an educational background in Political Science and English from the University of Virginia, Charity combines strategic insight with hands-on experience to enhance organizational culture and effectiveness.
