Jenise Wauchope

Jenise Wauchope has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Lakeshore Learning Materials since July 2017. In this leadership role, Jenise oversees four teams focused on Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Operations & Compliance, contributing to the well-being and success of employees. Previously, Jenise held various roles at Lakeshore, including Director and HR Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee data systems and benefits for approximately 2,500 employees. Prior experience includes roles at Santa Cruz Health and Life as a Client Relations Consultant and Driscoll's as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Specialist. Jenise earned a Bachelor's degree in Business-Human Resource Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
