Michele Morimoto

Michele Morimoto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michele started their career as a Project Specialist at SGI, where they supported new hire training and HR programs. Michele then joined Cisco Systems as an HR Talent Development PM, leading projects in talent development and creating learning programs. After that, they worked at Flexperience as an HR Program Manager, managing onboarding efforts and creating infrastructure for career fairs and legal recruiting. Michele later returned to Cisco Systems as a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing a wide range of projects impacting employees and leaders. Michele then became the Leader of Inclusion & Collaboration Delivery, where they built end-to-end I&C delivery strategy and vision. Most recently, Michele worked at Splunk as a Sr. Manager, Learning Solutions, providing enterprise-wide enablement tools and learning experiences to the company's global employees. Currently, they are the Director of Learning & Onboarding at Lakeshore Learning Materials.

Michele Morimoto holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from San Jose State University. They also have additional certifications in Adult Learning, Coaching, Coaching and Developing Employees, Human Centered Design, and Interviewing and Hiring.
