Samer Makhlouf

Samer Makhlouf has several years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2006, they joined Jobin Realty as the Director of REO/REO Team Leader, where they demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills. Samer then became the Principal Broker/CEO/Director of REO & Default Services at Dream Home Realty, Inc, where they exclusively listed and sold REO properties, focusing on providing unparalleled service to clients. In 2012, they also joined RE/MAX as the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Elegance, specializing in luxury homes, foreclosure, and short sales. Later, in 2017, they became the Broker/Owner at Apex Home Realty. Additionally, Samer has been involved with the National REO Brokers' Association, serving as the Principal Broker for Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in REO/foreclosure and has received excellent ratings.

Samer Makhlouf completed a Master's degree at the School of Management from 1986 to 1989.
