Erica Chianelli

Erica Chianelli serves as the Executive Director of FamilyForward Arlington Heights since December 2021, while also fulfilling the role of Social Media Coordinator at Winnetka Congregational Church since August 2021. In addition, Erica Chianelli operates as the President of Erica Chianelli Consulting, LLC since March 2009, and has held various positions at Lakeside Bank, including Marketing and Special Events Consultant and Vice President of Business Development since February 2003. Erica Chianelli's extensive leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director for the School District 95 Educational Foundation from October 2017 to December 2021, and for ESCO - Elite Soccer Community Organization from October 2010 to July 2017, as well as for the Chicago's Chinatown Chamber of Commerce from August 2000 to January 2003. Earlier career roles include Community and Economic Development Coordinator and Assistant to the Executive Director at MidAmerica Leadership Foundation. Erica Chianelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago between 1994 and 1998.
