Jim Niles has extensive experience in sales, specifically in the software and technology industry. Earlier in their career, Jim held the position of Sales Executive at General Electric Information Services from 1998 to 2000. In this role, they were responsible for selling GE's Electronic Commerce offerings to major companies like Ford Motor Company, Dow Chemical, and Yellow Page Publishers.

Jim began their career at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1988, where they initially focused on managing partners and direct sales of computer products and services to SMB companies in the greater Detroit market. Jim then transitioned into selling and managing Digital's support services to prominent companies like Chrysler, Dow Chemical, and Johnson Controls. Jim was recognized with the Decathlon Sales Award three times during their tenure.
